Our annual Field Day will be held on July 18, 2013 at the beautiful American University campus and arboretum.
We will spend the day outdoors, observing and learning from industry experts. The topics and details will become available in May. The new brochure and online registration information will be posted on the Field Day page of this site. You may look at last year’s program to see the depth and range of topics we typically offer.
We will offer an upgraded lunch this year from a new caterer.
Our Field Day includes a Trade Show of local and regional vendors providing the latest green industry products.

Changing times mean changes to our program as well. We are providing pesticide applicator recertification training on Thursday, January 24, 2013. This program is approved for applicators in VA, MD and DC. Please download the brochure to see the details and to register by mail. GISbrochureAll-2013

We will not be offering a second day of landscape training as we have in the past. Rising venue costs and declining enrollments have forced us to forgo the second day this year. We hope to be able to offer this additional programing in the future.

Thursday, January 24,2013 That’s the date you need to circle now on your calendar. You need this training to retain your certification for Maryland, Virgina, and District of Columbia. This one day event will also provide information for fertilizer application certification in Virginia.
